Bedrooms

This is a 3 bedroom lodge, including 2 double rooms with king-sized beds and 1 twin with zip & link beds (making a super king bed) and sleeps up to 6 people.
The bedrooms have large storage cupboards for clothes and other items, soft and breathable 100% Egyptian cotton bedding and a choice of quality synthetic or feather pillows. A hairdryer is available for your use.

The lodge features a bathroom (with a bath [complete with shower attachment], hand basin and toilet) and a generous shower room (with shower, hand basin and toilet).
Plentiful quantities of fine quality Egyptian cotton towels are provided.
Both rooms allow enough room for wheelchair access and the shower cubicle is very spacious.
Living Room
The focal point of the lounge is a wood-burning stove set in a traditional style fireplace. This triple aspect living area features two super-size sofas, a large flat screen television with Sky and a DVD player complete with DVDs. We also provide a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. The open plan living room flows through into the kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen is fitted out in a traditional farmhouse style with top of the range, fully-fitted, NEFF appliances, including a microwave combination oven and grill, 4 hob halogen hotplate, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. For superior cooking results, we have also integrated a modern Rayburn Cookmaster � with sensitive temperature controls and an indirect heating method that is food-friendly, locking in all the flavour and goodness. Combine this with Limoges porcelain, Le Creuset cookware and Suissine cutlery and you have everything you need to create memorable dining experiences.
Utility Room

Plenty of space is provided in the utility room for you to hang up and store your hats, coats and shoes. It also features an ample drying area for any wet clothes and a full-size washing machine and tumble dryer
Garage
Attached to the lodge sits a single garage to keep your car and / or bikes dry, safe and secure. There is also ample parking for 6 cars outside the house.
Garden
The south-facing house is surrounded by extensive lawns (alongside a native woodland corridor) and a patio area featuring a large pond and standing stones. The pond can be made secure for guests bringing small children. A barbecue and outdoor furniture are provided for your use.
